Don't worry. I didn't do anything bad :P
Anyways, I had my cello lesson from 7:00 PM to 7:45, but as my teacher always does, he talked until 7:55 =.= My mom was happily talking to him when I nudged her, whispering, "WE. NEED. TO. GET. HOME. AT. 8. I. HAVE. A. TOURNAMENT. DX"
>.>;;
LOL, we went like thirty over the speed limit, but no ticket yet :P When we got home, we were greeted by my dad waving like an idiot. I ran upstairs and registered, and the tournament started five seconds later.
First of all, the tournament is a CHESS tournament and no, I usually don't play the tournaments at home. ;) But this tournament is a little three minute increment 2 game (for those of you who know chess) and you get JGP points (I don't feel like explaining it, so if you know it, you know it. If you don't, keep reading)Anyways, I'm VERY surprised I won the first game >.> You know, usually when I'm all rushed like that, I lose. End of story.
Anyways, I got paired up against the highest rated player and the soon-to-be-winner of the tournament guy. I lost, but I had a chance for draw (aka a tie ^^) The third game was a big let down. That guy was two hundred points above me, but I was WINNING until I screwed up and let him back rank check mate me. Great, huh?
I pretty much lost all my confidence by then. =.= The next game was paired against someone 300 points lower, I believe. I won, thank god. ;~; Along with the next three games, resulting in me getting 5 out of 7. Yup, I was PRETTY shocked ^^
On top of that, I managed to get revenge on this little 10 year old boy who beat me a couple weeks before. And I managed to win the full 20 JGP points ^.^ I didn't get much sleep at all :P
Anyways, enough of my happy rant~It usually goes on for longer. Anyways, for those of you who understand chess, my rating is in the 1800s and my quick is in the 1700s. :P Good luck finding me~
Love,
